Eolica Dobrogea (Schweiz) AG does not offer any services other than providing participation in the SPV’s. As shown in the diagram, the project development is done through NEK Umwelttechnik AG, Zurich (Switzerland) and our local engineering branch in Constanta, Eolica Dobrogea S.r.l. Jointly, the involved companies offer and carry out the complete development of the wind park projects in Romania consisting of:

• Land and surface contracts for the wind park projects, the substations and overhead lines
• Site and environmental surveys
• Environmental impact assessments
• Avifauna studies

• Wind measurements on towers and with LIDAR technology
• Wind modelling and wind resource maps
• Wind potential studies and bankable wind reports
• Yield calculations of wind parks
• Wind prediction models
• Wind park planning for macro and micro sites
• Wind farm layouts
• Authorization processes at municipality and county levels
• Technical projects for wind parks, road access and grid access
• Grid potential studies
• Emission evaluation and studies
• Project planning
• Business and technical project management
• Obtaining of all approvals and permissions for implementation and operation of wind parks in favour of the SPV’s.
  

So far, these activites have resulted in a total of more than 50 wind energy projects under development in the Dobrogea region with an overall planned electrical power of more than 1’600 MW.
